Description
01
Harvested, not manufactured
From one season, one place
This honey comes from a single seasonal harvest in the forests of Uttarakhand. We do not mix batches, adjust flavour, or standardise colour.
What you taste depends on the flowers, the climate, and the time of harvest — not on processing.
02
Handled with restraint
Raw and unheated
We extract honey cold and filter it minimally. No heating. No additives. No blending across seasons.
This helps retain pollen, enzymes, and the natural character of the honey.
03
Left as it is
Natural variation is expected
Crystallisation, colour changes, and flavour variation are normal. They are signs of real, raw honey — not defects.
Every jar may taste slightly different.
That’s how honey behaves when it’s left untouched.
From the Hills
Real honey changes how you taste, feel, and trust what you consume.
What most people call honey has been heated, filtered, and blended beyond recognition. When you experience honey in its raw, seasonal form, the difference is immediate — in aroma, texture, and how your body responds.
